Ingredients:

  • 250g plain Greek yogurt (2% or 0%)

  • whole egg (1 medium)

  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 60g chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder

  • 70g coconut sugar (or any granulated sweetener)

  • ripe banana (1 medium, mashed)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth and uniform.

  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Smooth out the surface and optionally sprinkle with sugar-free chocolate chips.
