Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 1/6 cup rolled oats (39g)
  • 0.025 cup almond flour (39g)
  • 1/8 scoop whey protein powder (3g)
  • 1/16 tablespoon ground cinnamon (0.39g)
  • ¾ of 1/16 tablespoon natural peanut butter (3.2g)
  • 0.017 cup maple syrup (5.4g)
  • ¼ of 1/16 teaspoon vanilla extract (0.21g)

Instructions:

Step 1:
Grind the oats into a fine flour using a food processor. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Step 2:
Add almond flour, whey protein, cinnamon, and peanut butter. Stir gently to combine, then add maple syrup and vanilla. Mix thoroughly by hand until a dough forms.

Step 3:
Roll into 1–1.5 inch balls and place them on parchment-lined trays.

Step 4:
Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm, then store in a sealed container or freezer bag.

Step 5:
Optional: Dust with extra cinnamon or protein powder. Store in the fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks.
